CTRI trains and licenses members of our community as professional armed security officers — deployed to protect synagogues, schools, and Jewish events across the greater Washington DC region.
We work with synagogues, schools, and Jewish organizations of any size or affiliation to build professional, licensed security capacity from within their own community.
How It Works
Candidates come to us directly, or are referred by their institution — either way, we work with your organization to establish the partnership

Stop the Bleed Training
CTRI is a Recognized Educational Partner of the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC). Through this partnership, we deliver Until Help Arrives / Stop the Bleed training to prepare community members for medical emergencies.
These nationally recognized programs equip synagogue staff, congregants, and security teams with life-saving trauma care skills — ensuring our community is ready to respond when every second counts.
